Player Development Team

Molly Gonzales, Lead Instructor – Prairie Highlands Golf Club

Molly is currently the Lead Instructor for Prairie Highlands Golf Club.  She is very passionate for the game of golf, but specifically enjoys the mechanics of the golf swing and helping people play better golf.  In addition to her individual lessons, Molly has been heavily involved in the growth and development of the junior golf and women’s programs.  This perfect opportunity has allowed her to combine her love for golf, teaching, and helping others.

Molly graduated from Kansas State University in 2022.  She grew up with a lot of exposure to the world of golf.  Both her Grandpa and Dad were avid golfers and she always enjoyed going to the course with them.  Molly’s competitive career started at the age of 14 where she competed in summer tournaments with the Kansas City Golf Association. She continued her playing career at Olathe Northwest High School competing in nearly every varsity match during her four years.

Molly was recognized as a leader both on and off the golf course. Her positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and leadership landed her a teaching position with Courtney Mahon Golf.

Aaron Kline, Lead Instructor – Falcon Ridge Golf Club

Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. On top of having his Titleist Performance Institute Golf Level 1 & 2 certifications, he is also Trackman Level 1 & 2 certified, Peak Performance Golf Level 1 & 2 certified, and has his PGA Jr. League coaches certification.

He utilizes a Foresight GC Quad launch monitor that allows the evaluation of both club head and ball flight data, combined with traditional video instructional methods.  Accurate ball and club data provides objective measures of performance and simplifies the learning experience.

Aaron can also provide putting and on-course management instruction including the latest in green-reading strategies that are being utilized by thousands of college programs, tour players, and caddies world wide.

Remember, it’s not just about your golf swing. It’s about HOW you practice, how you think, and how you select targets during a round of golf. There are scientifically proven ways to do this based on how we are wired to learn as humans and by utilizing shot dispersion probabilities. Coach Aaron can help get you up to the “total golf performance” learning curve as fast as possible.
